The Story Behind A Touch of Colour

A Touch of Colour began with a simple idea: the smallest details can completely change the way a space feels.

I have always been drawn to beautiful objects — the curve of a sculptural piece, the softness of a muted colour, the atmosphere created by candlelight, and the way fragrance can instantly bring a feeling or memory to life.

What started as an exploration of candle making gradually became something more.

I didn’t want to create candles that simply sat on a shelf. I wanted to create pieces that felt considered — objects you would choose because you loved their shape, texture and presence in your home, even before lighting them.

And that is where A Touch of Colour began.

Why A Touch of Colour?

The name reflects the way I naturally approach design.

I love neutral interiors, soft whites and timeless shapes, but I have always believed that a little colour brings personality to a space. Not colour for the sake of colour. Just enough to create warmth, character and emotion.

A soft blush.

A misty blue.

A muted sage.

The creamy tone of natural wax.

Sometimes, all a room needs is a touch of colour.

That philosophy became the foundation of the brand.

Designed to Be Part of Your Home

Every piece begins with the same question:

Would I want this in my own home?

The collections are intentionally designed to feel decorative as well as functional. Sculptural candles become small objects of art. Fragrance becomes part of the atmosphere. Simple forms are given personality through texture, proportion and subtle colour.

Some designs are quiet and timeless. Others are playful or unexpected.

Together, they are meant to feel collected rather than mass produced.

The Beauty of Making

There is something incredibly special about creating an object from beginning to end.

Choosing the shape.

Pouring the wax.

Watching a fragrance become part of a finished candle.

Experimenting with colour until the shade feels just right.

Seeing an idea that existed only in my imagination become something I can hold in my hands.

That creative process is at the heart of A Touch of Colour.

I am constantly inspired by interiors, nature, fashion, flowers, changing seasons and sometimes simply by a colour combination that catches my eye.

The result is a collection that will continue to evolve — while always remaining recognizably A Touch of Colour.

Made for Everyday Beautiful Moments

I don’t believe beautiful things should be saved for special occasions.

Light the candle on an ordinary Tuesday.

Put the beautiful tray beside your bed.

Give someone a small gift simply because it reminded you of them.

Create a little ritual at the end of a long day.

A Touch of Colour is about those moments — the small details that make everyday life feel a little more beautiful.

And this is only the beginning.

A Touch of Colour
Small details. Beautiful moments.
